Dr. Paul Thornton earned his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership.  Dr. Paul is an experienced leadership coach and consultant with over 15 years of progressive experience. Dr. Paul specializes in addressing Multi-Generational issues within the workplace as well as the design and delivery of unique leadership training for C-suite executives and organizations.  Dr. Paul uses his expertise in the areas of Leadership Coaching, Leadership Consulting, Leadership Development, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Development to drive outcomes for non-profit and for-profit organizations.
